Fabulist Pizza is a counter-service pizzeria and bread shop founded by husband-and-wife team Andrew Tescher and Stacey Johnson, who previously operated the pop-up concept Side Hustle Pizza. The menu features three styles of Roman-inspired pizza which include an airy sheet pan pala romana, a thin-and-crisp round nonno, and the Detroit-influenced "Sactown Square" alongside Italian breads, sandwiches, salads, and cookies.
