Founded in March 2023 as a mobile luxury coffee truck in South Florida, Haute Coffee built its brand around Yemeni and Ethiopian single-origin coffee roasts before expanding into brick-and-mortar cafés. The menu centers on artisan espresso drinks, specialty lattes, ceremonial-grade matcha, and chai, with signature offerings such as the Adeni Karak Chai, Honey & Cardamom Latte, and rotating seasonal specials.
