Beach Hut Deli was started by Troy Feist in 1981 near Folsom Lake in Granite Bay, CA and has transformed into a chain of restaurants with more than 40 locations in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Texas. The menu consists of signature sandwiches, salads, breakfast and munchies.
