Cuvee Club is an after-hours champagne lounge concept from the group behind the Mimosa House brunch chain. Operating in the evening out of the same Mimosa House space, the drinks program centers on French Champagne, Italian prosecco, and domestic sparkling wines from regions such as Napa Valley, while the food menu takes a scratch-kitchen approach to casual classics, including sandwiches, burgers, and shareable plates like loaded fries.
