Founded in 1947 by Lovie Yancey, an African-American entrepreneur, Fatburger is an American fast-casual restaurant chain with the tagline, "The Last Great Hamburger Stand". In spite of being a fast-food restaurant, the food is cooked and made to order. The Fatburger menu is centered primarily on hamburgers along with add-ons such as cheese, bacon, and eggs.
