Rakkan Ramen is a Japanese ramen franchise that began as a small, 4-seater restaurant in Nishiazabu, Tokyo, in 2011. It entered the U.S. in 2017 with a restaurant in Los Angeles and has since expanded to seven stores in Japan & seven in the U.S.
