Skorch'd Pizza is a Sacramento concept founded by Boston-born brothers Patrick and Steven Clifford, specializing in Northeast-style thin-crust pizza that draws on New York, New Haven, and New Jersey pie traditions. The 16-inch pies are made with scratch-made dough and house red sauce, with specialty options ranging from cup-and-char pepperoni to Italian sausage with cherry peppers, all finished with EVOO and Parmigiano Reggiano.
